Ashtanga for beginners
In ashtanga the order of asanas is given and repeated class after class, where one asana prepares the body for the next one. The movement is connected to the breath and with time, the physical practice becomes a meditation in movement. Your body will stretch nicely and get stronger and firm quickly. With frequent practice you will also learn how to manage your breath - a skill you can use in many stressful situations in your life.
Ashtanga was originally formed as a healing process and while it may seem rigid, opposite is true, it can be modified to everybody´s personal needs.
This is a 60min shorter series for beginners led by our instructor Andrea.
