Core yoga is strong, dynamic class focusing on core conditioning and deep stabilizing muscles. Connected with deep breath, the focus of the class is to warm up and purify the body. The class is always different, working all parts of your core muscles.
You will learn that strong core does not need to be achieved in a gym, and other body parts will get their portion of work as well – your legs, your booty, your back.
This class will make you feel strong and energized and you will stretch nicely as well.
Everyone except pregnant women is very welcome in this class with Berenika.
