Physioyoga combines nicely yoga with rehabilitation practices and our instructor Niky is a professional masseur and physiotherapist.
Physioyoga is designed to heal the body and soul so that optimal health can be achieved, focusing on proper breathing techniques to release tension and stiff back. You will work gently with the body, stretching and strengthening it, all these mindful movements will be followed by a meditation to finish the class.
This class is ideal for all levels, all ages, especially recommended for those with office job and various pains – back, hips, neck, shoulders etc. to release the tension and make you feel well again.
