Yoga for beginners
Yoga for beginners class focuses on basic yoga asanas, postures and basis breathing techniques. You will learn Sun salutations, standing, seated, balancing posture as well as safe backbending and transitions between asanas.
Class is coming from traditional vinyasa yoga, connecting movement to the breath, but pace of the class is calm and slow to let everyone understand the basics.
The teacher often adjusts students in asanas to help them understand their own body, its rules and limitations.
