Some 15 years ago yoga literally cured me and relieved my chronic pains and health issues. Then my yoga journey began, and I consider it a gift. In this perspective, teaching yoga is a mission. I truly believe yoga in its wider concept can truly heal and transform peoples´ lives.
Having this wholesome approach to yoga, besides asana I am also studying tantra, Ayurveda, and Sanskt: Every year I go to India, country I love deeply, to source more energy and inspiration and feed my soul.
For me, it´s a place with incredible spiritual energy, place that transforms, nourishes and heals. Place where I always become a little bit more myself.
In my teaching I primarily focus on yoga therapy, combining traditional hatha yoga and therapeutic practices. Therapeutic yoga understands human being an multi layered – combining physical, energetic, mental, emotional, spiritual bodies that interact with each other and together influence and determine our health. Yoga therapy goes deeper and beyond and combining asana, pranayama, meditation, cleansing techniques, reflexology and aromatherapy create balance in our body and life.
Closest to my heart is tantra yoga for women and prenatal yoga, focusing on needs and specifities of woman body and soul. I truly believe women energy is underrated these days as it can offer enormous healing potential.
