My name is Lucie Merenda. I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200) and a toddler mother. I love movement, but mainly rest and well-being. I have been practicing yoga for over ten years. At the moment, in my practice I draw the most from yin and restorative yoga, I focus on meditation and breathing techniques. I pay particular attention to pregnant women, but also to all who wish to live in harmony with their body and mind.
For me, yoga is not just asana, it is a way to awaken my own intuition through conscious work with body, breath and mind.
