Movement, dance, self awareness, moving with the rhythm of your own heart, that has been my passions since childhood.
As years passed, I combined many different sports…and some 10 years ago I discovered meditation, power of breath and generally alternative lifestyle. I discovered new depth in life and in myself and more connection to the world than before.
Still, last piece was missing in the puzzle, mindful work in my own body. As office job started to took it toll and my body started to hurt, I finally turned to yoga. It looked as a reasonable solution that turned out to feed my soul just as I needed.
I still learn in all means but accept with love and humbly every lesson and I am happy to share all of my knowledge with others. In my classes we flow together on our breath, moving from asana to asana, finding our own and unique way in the world and respect and kindness to our own body.
