Fitness trainer for 8 years, I was first looking for compensation workout, and this was when yoga came into my way. First, I enjoyed the stretch and relaxation it gave me but later I understood yoga represents much more and started to practice it more and more often and here and there I started to incorporate yoga inspired elements to my fitness workouts.

I finished my teachers´ training soon after and went to India for two months to deepen my knowledge in asana, pranayama, meditation and yoga philosophy even more. It was one the best experiences in my life.

​​My yoga classes let everyone focus on breath, feel every pose and unwind from the busy city life. Yoga is for me a lifestyle and I will be happy to share it with you.
