I first tried yoga during my university studies and it took me long 8 years to understand and accept it as my life journey and a way to understand myself better. Yoga means for me active balance between my mind and my body, allowing me to forget the world outside and to work on the body arts that need my attention.
I always try to build up my class as a one whole fluid block of natural, controlled asanas, with no space for rushing. It always makes me happy to see progress in my students and while personally I tend to mode dynamic yoga styles, there is nothing better then a few gentle san salutations in the morning.
Out of yoga, I am working in public relations but movement and sport is my everyday lifestyle. I cannot imagine my day without stretching or being outdoors and I am learning acrobatics and pole dance in my yoga days-off.
